Construction Representative for Holy Cross Parish in Batavia, IL. Managed the design and construction of the grade school and the design and renovation of the parish offices.
2000 – 2005:
Constructed a 4-story 44 unit condominium structure with underneath parking garage on the river in Batavia, IL. Designed, bid, and managed the project including the TIF improvements. Purchased the properties, removed the existing structures, obtained all permits and approvals, including creating a TIF agreement and a Planned Unit Development document.
1994 – 1995:
Reconstructed office building in Geneva, IL. Purchased the building, obtained all permits and approvals, designed, bid, and managed the reconstruction from sub-floor to roof.
1991 – 1992:
Constructed a 3-story office building in downtown Batavia, IL. Obtained all permits and approvals, designed, bid, and managed the construction.
1987 – 1988:
Constructed of a 22-lot neighborhood subdivision blending single family and duplex residences in Batavia, IL. Purchased the property, annexed the property into Batavia, obtained all permits and approvals, designed, bid, and managed the construction of the infrastructure of the subdivision.
